Step 1
Enquire For A Quote
Firstly, have a browse through our print finish options and let us know the finish and quantity you are after.
Donât forget to include sizing and diecutting shape if applicable.
Step 2
Quotation Approval
Once we have spoken via email, phone or in person we will formally send through a quote accordingly via email. Once we have settled on your final quote details for your prints & we have confirmed your artwork meets our guidelines you will receive 2 things via email:
1. A proof of your designs will be sent via email for checking along with our T&Cs.
2. An invoice for the approved quote, which must be paid in full before print production commences.
Step 3
Production Commences
Thereafter, once we have received your approval of the proof sent to you, and payment is cleared – production will hence commence!
Please note in particular, different print jobs will have different lead times. Refer to the guide below:
DIGITAL PRINT – 1 WEEK
FOIL LAMINATE – 1.5-2 WEEKS
LETTERPRESS with INK – 2-3 WEEKS
EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING – 3-4 WEEKS
HOT FOIL STAMPING – 3-4 WEEKS
ADDITIONAL DIE CUTTING – 1 EXTRA WEEK
Step 4
Delivery - RECIEVE YOUR LUXURY PRINTS
Lastly, once your order is complete we will delivery your order as agreed upon in the quotation stage! Whether this be Standard or Express Shipping.
Futhermore, please note we do not assemble orders – if you have promised your client this you will need to assemble yourself.

*Please note – if your design file does not meet our guidelines we do have an in-house design team that can amend your files to print ready format for extra cost. Please contact us directly to organise a quote.
